Cancellation policy

Some plans in our store are offered as subscriptions, and some products may be offered as early access ahead of release. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases. It applies to purchases made through our store by consumers and should be read together with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Terms of Service.

Subscriptions

LatencyFix is sold as a subscription that gives you a license to use the software for the duration of your plan. We offer a Basic plan (Remote) and a Pro plan (Remote + Standalone), each available with monthly or annual billing.

Your payment details are stored securely with our payment processor, and you’ll be charged automatically at the start of each billing period — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose — until you cancel.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period so your access isn’t interrupted. If you don’t want to renew, you can cancel at any time.

You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your account dashboard, or via the links in your order and renewal confirmation emails. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Cancelling is not the same as requesting a refund: cancelling lets your access run to the end of the paid period, whereas a refund ends your access and may deactivate your license. New subscribers also get a 14-day money-back guarantee on their first paid period — see our Returns & Refunds Policy. We don’t provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period unless required by law. Your license allows activation on up to two computers under your account. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details on refunds.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As LatencyFix is digital software supplied immediately after purchase, you are asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once download or activation begins. If you complete a purchase without giving this consent, your right of withdrawal applies as normal.

Early access (pre-release DAWs)

From time to time we may offer early access or pre-orders for versions of LatencyFix that support DAWs not yet generally available (for example, additional plugin formats still in development). When you place an early-access order, we may take no payment or a partial deposit at checkout and store your payment method, then charge the full or remaining amount when that version is released to you.

You can cancel an unfulfilled early-access order at any time before the version is delivered to you, and any deposit will be refunded. Once the version has been delivered and activated, the subscription terms and the right-of-withdrawal terms above apply. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.

Free trial

New users can try LatencyFix free for 7 days. We may ask for your payment details when the trial begins. If you don’t cancel before the 7-day trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and your payment method is charged for the plan you selected. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account dashboard at no charge.

The free trial is available to new users only and is limited to one per customer. Because the trial gives you a free period in which to cancel at no cost, the immediate-delivery consent and waiver of the right of withdrawal described above apply at the point your paid subscription begins.
